Artivisim in maine employs the arts and culture as powerful tools to effect social, economic and environmental justice throughout Waldo County and Maine.

...offering that one quote to remind myself of its truth.

I, and YOU, never, ever come to the end of our wild, creative output - BUT- in order to access it, in order to experience it we must use it. We must write. We must paint. We must perform. We must sing, play music, move and dance and film.

There it is - a simple and profound reminder near to this year's end, as the temperatures drop, the power bills rise and the light wavers. Through it all we/you must use your creative impulses, skills, talents, leanings, yearnings.

There's a lot to be said about 2025 and I invite any comments or reflections from you.

For now I promise you an end of year musing that includes glorious, brilliant artists of all kinds and stripes, and further, something for the New Year too!!!!
